Delivery Information

Some helpful information regarding our deliveries

First of all thanks for considering Robin Hood Watersports for your equipment.  We are a family run business and work hard to offer good service, ensuring our deliveries are efficient and costs kept to a minimum.

Our charges vary based on order size and geographical location.  In general, our prices for parcels under £100, shipping to mainland UK addresses, are as follows:

Small parcels £2.95

Medium parcels £4.95

Long parcels £14.95

Large Parcels (i.e. windsurf boards) £29.95

X-Large Parcels (i.e. rigid paddleboards) £39.95

We use a combination of couriers to ensure you receive the best price and most appropriate services. In most cases, this will be Royal Mail, DHL and TNT.

There are generally no further charges for delivery to postcodes classed as mainland UK.  Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands (including the Isle of Wight) may incur further charges. 

Free shipping is available on mainland UK orders over £100.  There are some exceptions where this is not possible, most notably rigid canoes & kayaks.  These items will flag at checkout to show that a shipping quote is required.  If you are considering such a purchase we recommend getting in touch to discuss this.  As well as receiving an accurate quote you will likely learn useful product information to ensure you are making the correct purchase.
