The all new 2027 Radar Vapor Pro is a complete redesign of Radar's flagship slalom ski, not simply a cosmetic update. Designed by Matt Rini, the new Vapor introduces Forward Drive Geometry to roll into the turn earlier, set a new trajectory sooner, and create more space through the turn. With an M-100 core and Textreme Carbon construction, the Vapor Pro delivers an exceptionally responsive, connected and predictable feel for passionate course skiers.

The New Benchmark for Slalom Ski Performance

The 2027 Radar Vapor Pro is not a cosmetic refresh. It is a complete re-engineering of the Vapor platform.

Radar has gone back to the drawing board for 2027, with designer Matt Rini fundamentally reshaping the Vapor to change the way it moves through the water. The result is Radar's most significant evolution of the Vapor since the original ski, a new platform designed to create more space, roll into the turn earlier and establish direction sooner.

The new Vapor moves through the turn with a smoother, more continuous path from apex to edge change. It rolls with less effort, carries speed and direction through the finish and remains remarkably quiet and predictable when the pressure is on. Rather than asking the skier to constantly correct the ski, the new Vapor is designed to support your movement and let you ski naturally.

Forward-Drive Geometry

At the heart of the 2027 Vapor is Radar's new Forward-Drive Geometry. By refining the relationship between the sidewall angle, tunnel shape and surface area, Matt Rini has created a ski that keeps moving forward throughout the turn.

The ski rolls earlier, establishes direction sooner and continues moving through the finish without interruption. This creates a more continuous and predictable path through the turn, opening up more space into the next buoy and giving the skier greater freedom to move when and where they choose.

It's a subtle-sounding change that makes a significant difference on the water. The Vapor feels connected beneath your feet, responds immediately to input and avoids the unexpected feedback that can interrupt a good pass.

Vapor Pro Construction

The Vapor Pro is the highest expression of the new Vapor platform. Radar combines the redesigned shape with their premium M-100 Core and Textreme Carbon construction to create an exceptionally responsive and connected ski.

The result is a ski that reacts immediately to the skier's movement while remaining composed and predictable under load. It is efficient through the wakes, precise through the finish and stable when the pass demands maximum commitment.

M-100 Core

Radar's ultra-high-density 100 kg/m³ foam core delivers immediate response with excellent memory retention, providing consistent flex and rebound set after set.

Textreme Carbon

Textreme spread-tow carbon uses less crimp and less resin to produce a lighter and stronger composite construction, helping the Vapor Pro deliver its highly responsive feel without compromising stability.

Bio Resin

Plant-based resin technology forms part of the Vapor Pro's advanced composite construction.

Closed-Chain Construction

The Vapor's components are fully integrated to create uninterrupted energy transfer from tip to tail, helping the entire platform work together as the skier moves through the course.

Radar Lab Built

Developed and built through Radar Lab development, with the knowledge and experience that has made the Vapor one of the defining slalom skis in modern waterskiing.

Your Delivery

The range of products we offer means there is nothing standard about our deliveries. We use a range of couriers, including DHL, UPS and Royal Mail. For in stock items we aim for delivery in 1-3 days.

On receipt of an order, the relevant specialist staff member will contact you to confirm the stock position and shipping time. This gives you a direct contact for any requests and advice that might be helpful.

When courier services are used, you can expect tracking information and estimated arrival times to be communicated via email. However, always feel free to contact our staff at any point should you require assistance.

Receiving your order

When you receive your item(s), please check to see if there is any damage. Once the drivers manifest has been signed it voids any insurance claim. If you are unsure, please sign as "damaged", which will allow you/us to make a claim later on if required.

If you suspect that your goods are damaged please take the time to check the items with the driver present or refuse the package and ask the courier to return to sender.

Returns

Sometimes things don’t go to plan and you might feel the need to arrange a return. If you receive an order and find you have changed your mind, or the item just isn’t right for you, don’t worry. Goods can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase (subject to our product exclusions). The process for both in store and mail order purchases can be seen below:

Postal Returns Procedure

If posting your return please email [email protected] for approval, as well as any advice required prior to sending. You would then simply ship the unwanted goods to our 152 Leeds Road address, including a copy of your original receipt and information on the required course of action.

Purchases from store

If you bought goods from our Heckmondwike based store you may, at our discretion, be able to return items within 30 days for a full refund, as long as they have not been used and still have the original labels attached. Please bring the items back to the shop, together with your receipt. Any refund can only be made using the same method as the original transaction.

Goods must be returned in an unused, re-saleable condition, with their original packaging, and all labels still attached. They should also be securely packaged to ensure the contents are protected during transit. Our Returns Team will review all items to ensure they meet the criteria outlined in this policy. If an item is returned outside of our Returns Policy, we may be unable to process a full refund. We will contact you in such circumstances.

Product Exclusions

There are some exclusions to our Returns Policy, as detailed below:

Personalised or customised items, such as custom canoes, made to measure drysuits etc.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned
Products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned
Products returned in an unsatisfactory condition cannot be returned
Products which have been damaged in return transit due to insufficient packaging cannot be returned

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Finance

The 0% APR finance option allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 6 or 10 months. Who can apply for finance?

You must:

• Spend over £300

• Make a deposit of at least 10%

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Have been a UK resident for 3 years or more

• Be able to make repayments by Direct Debit

• Be in regular employment* (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in a permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment

*If you are retired and receive a pension or registered disabled and unable to work, V12 Retail Finance may ask for proof of sufficient income.
