Emergency First Response First Aid at Work (GB)
The Emergency First Response (EFR) First Aid at Work (Great Britain) course is a Health and Safety Executive (HSE) approved first aid course for the purpose of meeting the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. This programme meets the statutory needs of employers in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland needing at least one First Aider on the premises.
The Emergency First Response First Aid at Work (Great Britain) course is customised to UK Resuscitation Council basic life support protocols and nationally accepted first aid protocols. Modules on Caring for Specific Illnesses and Injuries, and First Aid in the Workplace compliment these. The course has its own materials including participant manuals, and benefits from the use of the existing Emergency First Response Primary Care and Secondary Care video.

Emergency First Response Care for Children Course
To meet the requirements in First Aid of the “SureStart” Childcare Approval Scheme
You must have a relevant paediatric First Aid course suitable to the care of babies and children including training in the following areas:
Dealing with Emergencies-Resuscitation-Shock-Choking-Anaphylactic Shock
You must have completed this First Aid certificate within the 3 years prior to the date of application. The EFR Care for Children First Aid Course meets these requirements.
This 12 Hour course is run over two days and can be completed at your place of work or here at our HSE approved facility. We can tailor make a course schedule to meet your personal or your company needs.

Emergency Oxygen Provider
Why take this course?
The PADI Oxygen Provider Specialty shows you how to care for a diver following a diving incident where oxygen first aid treatment is necessary.
This is a very worthwhile course to complete with the Rescue Diver course and/or Emergency First Response Course.
Who can take this course?
You must be a PADI Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver (or have a qualifying certification from another training organization) and be 12 years old
How long does it take?
Approximately half a day.
What's involved?
You will cover the basic skills of identifying a diver with decompression illness/sickness and practice giving the appropriate oxygen treatment for each case.
You will be using Oxygen to treat one and two divers with decompression illness and practice the different ways to administer oxygen.

Why Emergency First Response?
Emergency First Response (EFR) is the fastest-growing international CPR, Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) and First Aid training organization. Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR) teaches participants how to respond to life-threatening emergencies. The course focuses on primary care through a combination of knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practice to make sure participants have the confidence in their ability to provide care when emergency situations arise.
