Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Our Policy is to exchange goods within 10 days providing the goods are undamaged, unused and returned in the original packaging, complete with till receipt. Any shortages or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Faulty items may be repaired or replaced within the warranty period subject to manufacturers recommendations. All orders will be processed in 2 to 3 working days, or, in case of a problem, the customer contacted. Generally speaking, mainland UK deliveries will be received next working day. Most items costs £7.50 for mainland UK delivery. Small items may be sent by standard post and can cost less. Large items such as boards and boats vary depending on size and delivery area. Please call us for a delivery quote. Please note that reurns are the customers responsibility and are at the customers cost.
