| JP Super Sport 136 FWS 2007 Any advanced freeride sailor looking for high speeds and a wider range of 'manageable use' when compared to what a full-on shape like the Slalom can offer mere mortals! The focus of these new shapes has in order of priority been speed, early planing, manoeuvrability, and ease! Think of them as bigger brothers to the Super X series of boards. An even volume distribution throughout ensures the board glides up onto the plane without a massive amount of sail power or rider input. Much less effort compared to the Slalom. The outline from the strap area and back is much more curved than normal. This with a narrow tail makes the boards turn very well in both long drawn carves & tight manoeuvres. With the bottom curve very close to that of the full-on Slalom the speed potential is awesome. The boards ride high and loose and can cope with chop without issue. Features such as the tail cut-outs help to ensure a controlled & smooth ride. The ergonomic deck shape makes them great to sail for long periods of time, even with the straps set in.

JP Freestyle Wave 2007 They provide: easy, almost automatic sailing, mega-blasting speed and ease of use, blistering sustained speed through the turns. Grippy rail bite in the turns, excellent riding in waves, high performance in flat water. Reduced length for a more direct and radical feel. More centered weight and volume giving improved stability and rotation speed. New volume distribution changed the water position of the boards and dramatically improved the transition from non-planing into planing, resulting in boards which plane much quicker and with less effort.Volume adjustments and increased width improved planing and stability.Adjusted bottom curve resulted in higher water position for the front section of the board and gives the rider a more lively, exciting sailing sensation in addition to a smoother ride in choppy water.Increased tail width (78 and 85) for better early planing and increased speed through the turns.Thin rails throughout the board give maximum grip and carving control. The new fin has a wider outline for better grip and early planing. Slightly increased area towards the tip combined with more rake give constant flex and twist. The fin improves the potential of the boards in all directions. Ideal for slightly advanced to very advanced riders who want a board that does it all Wave, Freeride, Freestyle.

| JP Slalom Pro III 2007 The Third Generation At top level racing small differences decide about loosing or winning. All the top riders are great sailors and very fit. Even for the best in the world a board which is just slightly easier to handle, makes the difference. We are not following the super short board concept anymore, specially on the smaller sizes we made them longer again resulting in easy jibing and forgiveness in maneuvers. Radical changes happened in the volume distribution of all four boards. I thinned out the whole board, especially in the nose and center area. I also made the rails thinner and reduced the rail radius. These changes result in huge improvements in top end control and consequently in easily maintaining top speed over a long period. A comfortable stance is essential for long high speed runs. A constant deck radius allows the rider to wrap his feet around the rail. Constant, even pressure on both feet and perfect lock in the footstraps makes high speed runs a relaxed experience. The new deck shape also allowed us to move the straps slightly closer to the center line. This change, in combination with the adjusted outlines with more curve between the straps, results in huge improvements on the maneuvers side. The smallest size (69) is now a real high wind board but it is not only limited to the slalom course as it is also a great board for the speed strip. The tail Cut-Outs have been adjusted to each board size. The smaller boards require a longer rail line for more top end control and therefore come with a smaller or no Cut-Out (69). The bigger models which obviously have a wider tail require a bigger Cut-Out to achieve a loose water position and perfect water release (flow).
